Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Study Coordinator in our Neurology Res/Maraganore Department, located in Evanston, IL at our Evanston Hospital. This is a full-time position and is benefits eligible.
In this role, you will:
Primarily support the Neuro-oncology Research program, but will involve work on other Neurology Research projects as needed
Work on completion and maintenance of regulatory documents and other study-related documentation, as well as interactions with study subjects and clear, timely communication with members of the research team, monitors and sponsor representatives
Coordinate with study investigators to plan and implement research projects, questionnaire administration and other methods of data collection, phlebotomy, laboratory sample processing and shipping, collection of subjects’ vital signs and performance of ECGs, accurate and timely completion of case report forms, research finance-related tasks such as study budgeting, invoicing and billing, management of study databases and production of data reports
Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree required
CCRP Research certification required within 2 years of hire
Three to five years of clinical trial coordination experience, strongly preferred
Phlebotomy experience or willing to train and ability to demonstrate proficiency
An organized, team player with the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks
Excellent written and communication skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills
