This position serves as the Associate Chief of Staff for Research (ACOS/R). The ACOS/R will foster a research program characterized by the highest standards for the conduct of research and for the protection of human subjects. The ACOS/R is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of VAAAHS research program. The ACOS/R fosters the growth of research to ultimately improve the health and well-being of Veterans.
