JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to Temple Market Chief Nursing Officer, the VP Patient Care is responsible for overseeing, planning, and directing the nursing practice and clinical services for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH) over Surgical Services at the Magnet-designated, Level I Academic Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple. The VP Patient Care provides clinical leadership across all patient care settings, both inpatient and outpatient, within assigned area of responsibility which may include one or more hospitals, clinics, or other BSWH healthcare facilities.
