DescriptionThe Kramer Lab is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to study drivers and modifiers of pediatric lung disease, with a special focus on cystic fibrosis. The ideal candidate will have experiences with mouse models of disease and skills including mouse colony maintenance, processing animal tissues for histology, immunofluorescence, Western blots, and RT-PCR. Good communication skills and the willingness to work in a small team setting are required. This candidate will collaborate with research staff, clinical fellows, and physicians. As we also use isolated primary human lung cells as an in vitro model, cell culture expertise would be beneficial. The goal of our lab
