Trains new clinical research staff in department research and administrative procedures, evaluates their performance, encourages and supports their further education, and fosters their personal and professional development. Handles performance problems up to and including termination.2. Organizes and manages clinical trials and other research studies.3. Conducts protocol reviews to assess the feasibility of potential studies. Seeks out new research opportunities. Participates in study site selection activities.4. Prepares and submits regulatory documents to study sponsors and any applicable regulatory agencies.5. Works with st
