The project is focused on stem-cell based retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cell replacement therapy for age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Prior experience of handling iPSc or other stem cell lines, CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, drug screening and microscopy are must. Experience of mouse work i
