The primary responsibility of the Research Nurse will be to provide programmatic support for the study at all levels and assist the Principal Investigators in execution of the study. The individual is engaged in the ongoing systematic evaluation and improvement of the quality of research and translation to improved patient care. The incumbent provides leadership to initiate and improve outcomes and serves as an agent of change.
