DescriptionA postdoctoral fellow position is open in Dr. Richard Lu's lab in the Brain Tumor Center for individuals with an interest in brain cancers, cancer stem cells, immunotherapy and neurodegenerative diseases. This position will involve basic and translational research include identifying novel resistance pathways and therapeutic targets, tumor-microenvironment interactions, and immunotherapies as well as functional regeneration. The candidate will be the lead investigator in collaboration with multiple scientists in the brain tumor center. We have a strong track record for successfully transitioning postdoctoral fellows to independent faculty positions.
