Manager Trauma Program - Trauma AdministrationSUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Emergency/Trauma Services, the Trauma Program Manager works in conjunction with the Trauma Medical Director to oversee all programmatic aspects of the multidisciplinary Pediatric Trauma service. The Trauma Program Manager is seen as the pediatric trauma expert within the system and works within the healthcare system to insure management of the daily operations of the trauma service. This includes oversight of the quality of pediatric trauma care; data collection, submission and analysis; performance improvement (PIP) processes and case review; injury prevention and outreach activities;
