Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Coordinator of Administrative Services for Research Regulatory Affairs. The Coordinator of Administrative Services provides critical regulatory support to the Rutgers IRBs through coordination, facilitation and monitoring of IRB submissions. Among the key duties of this position are the following:

• Outstanding interpersonal and management skills. • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of office administration, work organization, coordination, facilitation, office support. • Travel to other campuses and locations of the University as needed. • Clean Driving Record Preferred Qualifications • Experience with human subjects research is preferred, as is demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the IRB process. |
