As a Clinical Research Coordinator III (CRCIII), you will be in charge of the main operational interface of the clinical studies. You will be involved in the various aspects of managing and administering of clinical trials under the direct supervision of the Clinical Project Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all clinical trial protocols, collect and/or record data
Coordinates all study-related tasks from start to finish for Phase I-IV
Communicates with study subjects and enroll them into the study, obtains written informed consent prior to study procedures.
Confers with subject and physician to explain purpose of study. Explain diagnostic procedures, methods of treatment, and answer subject and family concerns.
Maintains accurate records of the receipt, inventory, and dispensation of investigational product (drug or device) and any study-related materials.
Works with the nursing staff to administer study drug to research subjects.
Schedules subject appointments
Ensures subject study binders are prepared for study visits
Completes data entry, case reports, and electronic data capture (EDC)
Addresses EDC queries under guidance of the Project Manager
Inspects CRFs, source documentation, and study files to ensure completeness.
Reviews protocol for accuracy, logistics, coordination, and trainings

Experience as a Research Coordinator for at least 1 year
