This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your previous management experience with our growing Research program!
The Clinical Research Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of our growing Research program. They will serve as the liaison between Corporate and our Physicians, ensuring they are kept up to date on all communications including upcoming trials, regulatory updates, changes, events, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
General management of Clinical Resource Coordinators:
Identify new talent and training to meet the needs of the program
Ensreu CRC’s and PI’s are current on all certifications and credentials as outlined in all participating studies
Participate in research growth business development
Resolve operational aspects of clinical studies including IRB, risk management, legal, compliance, etc.
Champions operation excellence by engaging in continuous improvement of processes, sharing best practices and participating in efforts to improve research within the program
Assure study conduct is done within local, federal and industry compliance guidelines with measurable outcomes
Ensure enrollment goals of the study center are being met
Assist Lead Clinical Coordinators with study start up including regulatory management, source creation, training and workflow
Regular quality assurance of subject visits and trial files
Support the team and investigators in overall conduct of the trials
Update, revise and keep current site SOP’s

Bachelor’s degree in business, BSN – RN (preferred)
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Research Management, working in pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Proven track record of managing clinical research trials with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong leadership, decision making and analytical skills
Ability to act independently to establish logical priorities, to identify improvement opportunities and to develop action plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in NextGen preferred
