Advanced Cardiac Support Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Swedish Heart and Vascular Institute has an opening for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their Advanced Cardiac Support team. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance in the beautiful city of Seattle, Washington.

• Monday to Friday schedule
• 8 hour days, start/stop times are flexible
• Review inpatient service in the morning, see patients in the afternoon
• Work with multidisciplinary team on a daily basis
• Autonomous work with collaboration between departments
• Develop close, longitudinal relationships with patients
• At least 2 years of experience required
