Cleveland Clinic, one of the world’s most distinguished academic medical centers and ranked by U.S. News & World Report announces a search for Child / Pediatric Psychology position in the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Center for Autism. The center provides a range of services for children and their families to include diagnostic evaluation, outpatient therapeutic services, a specialized educational program, Lerner School for Autism, serving 100 children and adolescents, and consultation services. The center also has an active clinical research program supported by federal grants. The psychologist position will provide diagnostic evaluations and other therapeutic services based on experience. There are further opportunities to participate in research and program development / leadership as we continue to grow. Additional roles include participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and teaching of general pediatric residents and fellows. A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Qualifications include a doctorate in clinical, developmental or educational psychology, with APA approved internship, licensure or licensure eligibility in Ohio and one year of experience in child clinical or pediatric psychology setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the evaluation of Autism Spectrum Disorder and the implementation of evidenced-based intervention approaches with individuals and families.
