Pediatric Ophthalmologist – BCHO Faculty – UCSF Department of Ophthalmology
The Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland (BCHO) of the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) is seeking pediatric ophthalmologists for clinical service at its East Bay sites. These individuals will be responsible for clinical care and surgery at BCHO and in the East Bay ambulatory practices. Candidates must have a clear record of excellence in clinical care. Demonstrated teaching competency and/or a focus in clinical research is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates must hold an MD degree and have a CA medical license or be eligible for a full, unrestricted licensure or equivalent as a condition of employment. For those candidates in the field of pediatric ophthalmology, specialty faculty permits under California Business and Professions Code 2113 may satisfy licensure requirement. Rank and salary commensurate with experience.
