Our organization has been engaged by a multi-hospital healthcare system with a premier, academic research center, to identify a Clinical Research professional with leadership experience.
The Manager manages and provides oversight of a team of Clinical Research nurses and coordinators, who are responsible for staff in-services and training, patient enrollment, compliance, data acquisition, and follow-up of assigned clinical research studies and research projects
Carries out studies in compliance to all regulations
Works with budget and contract analysts to determine study feasibility
Demonstrated skills in educating and mentoring staff
