Under the direction of Principal Investigator, The clinical research coordinator works with the senior clinical research coordinator on multiple phase II-IV pharmaceutical drug trials as well as independently manages multiple non-therapeutic studies related to Multiple Sclerosis.

We seek candidates who have/are:
Minimum of 1 year direct clinical research experience in a clinical setting
Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, allied health professional or Bachelor’s degree in a health related field
Knowledge of clinical research compliance standards, e.g. informed consent process, adverse event reporting, the Federal Code of Regulations and Good Clinical Practices (GCP) Standards
Ability to coordinate all aspects of clinical research trials from study start-up to closeout, including regulatory file management, patient identification, recruitment, consent, enrollment, data collection, and data management
Active problem solving, flexibility, self-motivation and self-learning
Extremely detail oriented and able to conduct oneself professionally in a dynamic environment; able to work effectively in a group or independently with minimal oversight
Proficiency in MS Office required: Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and electronic clinical trials databases.
Patient-centered with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Current CCRC certification (SoCRA or ACRP) desired but not essential
Neurology-related experience desired but not essential
