Social workers, nurses and therapists of all licensure levels who are interested in helping patients navigate the healthcare system are encouraged to apply to our Coordinator position.

Coordinators ensure patients receive the right level of care at the right time. They work closely with world class surgeons, referring physicians, patient families, and other health care professionals to personalize and promote a smooth, efficient and customer focused transition from hospital to home. We are looking for team players who want a challenge, live and breathe customer service and enjoy helping patients and other team members.

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred in Social Work, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, or other appropriately qualified clinician)
Three years of experience
At least one valid license in Maryland, the District of Columbia or Virginia as appropriate for respective work location. For Social Workers LSWA, LGSW, or LCSW; LICSW preferred. For vocational counselors CRC or CCM Demonstrate leadership skills, including self-initiative and the establishment of efficient and effective organization and staffing structures and process for planning, directing, problem-solving, and team-building.
