The Executive Director will oversee the newly created Clinical Research Support Office (CRSO). This position will be involved in the creation and implementation of a strategic plan and the day to day management of the operations. This will include oversight of the human resources functions of the office and development and interpretation of reporting method strategies regarding budgets, programmatic development, and other analyses.
The Executive Director will be a primary representative for campus directors and senior leadership when collaborating with the CRSO. The CRSO and this position will be expected to provide efficient, fiscally responsible, compliant, and technologically advanced administrative services to the research enterprise at the University. This will include oversight of the management of the office's Clinical Trial Billing Compliance team, Financial team, and Regulatory and Quality team within the CRSO. Additionally, the Executive Director will oversee the collaborative management of an enterprise Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) including management of the CRSO's CTMS support team.
Minimum requirements for this position are a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
