The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Hematology & Oncology (PHO) is seeking a clinical research coordinator (CRC), non-licensed to work with the clinical research team. The position is responsible for all phases of study coordination, including pre and post study needs. The CRC will collaborate with the Regulatory CRC to assure compliance of all assigned clinical trails including QA & QI and corrective action plans. The CRC is responsible for protocol proficiency, data management, research specimen handling, research participant screening and enrollment and attendance a division forums related to clinical research for growth and development.
Bachelor's degree with major courses in the field of research and a minimum of one year experience in clinical research. Must have the ability to manage multiple clinical trials simultaneously; ability to interact with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary personnel; ability to work accurately with attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience abstracting patient data from electronic medical record systems; knowledge of Good Clinical Practices for Research; and proficiency in MS Office.
Additional Salary Information: Commensurate with experience.
