Busy and dynamic research center seeks experienced Project Coordinator/Research Coordinator to manage trial execution, enrollment, outreach and study organization/implementation. Applicants must be able to work in a high paced environment, handle multiple projects and communicate well. The Project Coordinator/Research Coordinator manages daily operations of multiple clinical research studies involving multidisciplinary teams of colleagues, sponsors, CRO's and sub-contracted entities. This role monitors ongoing study performance, analyzes pitfalls to performance and develops and implements corrective measures. The Project Coordinator/Research Coordinator assigns work & supervises study staff & reviews technical operations ensuring that all processes, protocols & procedures are quality controlled & functioning up to the high standards of Chicago Research Center. Ensures that all study activities are completed by strictly following Good Clinical Practices (GCP) & all current local, state, & federal laws, regulations, guidance, policy & procedure developed by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), & the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH).
3+ years of work in pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials.
Managerial experience a plus.
