Based in coastal city, Bellingham, WA, St. Joseph Medical Center is actively recruiting for an RN Clinical Research Lead. As a team lead, this position requires someone to understand both the big picture of the clinical trial as well as someone who can navigate the weeds of necessary daily duties. Serving as an expert resource, the RN Clinical Research Lead plans, supervises, and documents professional nursing care in conjunction with the activities and management of the clinical trial
A successful RN Clinical Research Lead must have the following qualifications…
Graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing and current RN licensure in state of practice
Five years nursing experience; supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Three to five years oncology experience
Magnet approved Research Coordinator certification preferred
