In this position, you will be responsible for the planning and administration of the OnCore™ Clinical Research Management System. Duties will include:
Assisting in establishing and driving compliance with operational processes related to OnCore and other research support applications.
Assisting with on-going optimization initiatives, (ex. streamlining research finance operations), and will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, training, and support of OnCore™
Serving as the primary interface with the BHSF IT Department and will collaborate closely with external vendors to ensure successful operation.
Primary liaison for assistance and support with the clinical teams at BHSF’s research Institutes and Centers.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Three years experience managing or maintaining IT systems or applications (preferably OnCore™ or other research management/support systems).
Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, work on multiple concurrent inter-related sub-projects and be able to prioritize competing projects and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate or communicate effectively with all levels of staff, executives, and researchers.
