Counselor is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients and their families. Responsible for intakes, assessment, treatment and discharge planning, individual, family and group counseling, and family support services. Charts progress, maintains clinical records, and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans. Monitors and follows up on family needs, does re-assessments as required/needed, and submits weekly and monthly service reports. Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal and other service partners included in NOAH. Services are provided according to all licensure, state and federal laws, and NOAH policies and procedures. Full-time days, 8-5p, M-F.

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
